王清洲，男，副教授，博士研究生，硕导。主持河北省教育厅、天津市交通运输委等科技计划项目10项，获省部级科技进步奖项3次；以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表高水平学术论文50余篇 (其中SCI 12篇，中科院一区TOP期刊4篇)，编写地标1部，授权专利15项。
